Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of idr678 is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you satisfy each criterion at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. idr678 is an adults-only platform. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the Platform.
• Residency: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. You acknowledge that idr678 primarily serves players based in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability that would prevent you from forming a valid contract.
• Single Account: You must not currently hold, or have previously held, another idr678 Account that was suspended or terminated for a breach of this Agreement.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to register a new Account.
• Not an idr678 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of employees of idr678 or its technology and payment partners are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in promotions.

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino services on idr678, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and your preferred Indonesian payment method (bank account or e-wallet).

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement and entitles idr678 to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice.

• One Account Rule: Each person may register only one Account on idr678. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. idr678 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify idr678 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Account Ownership: Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.
• Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered email address and payment method details up to date. idr678 is not liable for any failure to receive communications or process payments resulting from outdated contact or banking information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

idr678 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed and may be triggered at any time at idr678's discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or DANA account showing your name and account number).
• A selfie holding your identity document, taken on the day of submission.
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by the idr678 compliance team.

All KYC documents are reviewed within one business day. idr678 will not share your KYC documents with any third party except where required by law or by the terms of our payment processor agreements. For full details on how personal data is handled, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on idr678 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). idr678 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which idr678 accepts no responsibility.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are credited to your Account within three minutes of successful payment confirmation under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal Processing: E-wallet withdrawals (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically completed within fifteen minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB).
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name. Third-party payment destinations are not permitted.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard. idr678 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

idr678 reserves the right to suspend any deposit or withdrawal and conduct additional due-diligence checks where a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, unusual, or inconsistent with the Player's established activity patterns. Any funds identified as originating from fraudulent activity will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

idr678 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Independence Day (17 August), and the BRI Liga 1 season. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus credits are eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake; live casino table games, blackjack, and Sic Bo typically contribute at a lower rate as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on events with odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering completion.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated on the relevant promotion page, typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account balance.
• Bonus Abuse: idr678 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, using automated betting patterns or software, and colluding with other Players. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, all bonus credits forfeited, and any associated withdrawals reversed.
• Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is capped. The applicable cap is stated on the promotion page.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on idr678 — whether on sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot games, or any other gaming product — you accept the specific rules applicable to that product. idr678 makes the rules for each game or market type available within the relevant game interface or betting market page.

• Sportsbook: All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. idr678 offers markets on BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, as well as other international sports events. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are subject to additional rules as displayed in the sportsbook interface.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. All game outcomes are governed by the rules of the relevant game as operated by the studio. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, your bet will be settled according to the studio's standard disconnection policy as communicated within the game interface.
• Slot Games: All slot titles available on idr678 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are published by the respective game studios. idr678 does not modify RTP rates.
• Void Bets: idr678 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, or in circumstances where idr678 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of the error. Funds from voided bets are returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-event and daily winnings caps apply and are displayed in the relevant market or game interface. idr678 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or gaming session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on idr678. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error in a game or betting system. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or suspected error must be reported to idr678 immediately; failure to do so constitutes fraudulent conduct.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using idr678 to launder money or finance any illegal enterprise.
• Allowing a third party to use, access, or operate your Account, or acting as a proxy bettor for a third party.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other Players or with idr678 staff members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing idr678 staff or other users through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the idr678 Platform — including but not limited to the idr678 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of idr678 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of idr678.

Game titles and studio branding displayed on idr678 (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by idr678 under license.

Privacy & Data

idr678 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

idr678 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Payment information is processed exclusively through PCI-DSS compliant gateways; idr678 does not store full payment credentials on its own servers.

idr678 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, game studio partners, and regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idr678 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on any bet or wager placed on idr678.
• Interruption of service, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime, technical faults, or infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.

idr678's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in this clause limits idr678's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

idr678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A request from a payment provider, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. idr678 will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying any dormant Account policy.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting idr678 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonus credits will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days, subject to KYC completion.

Amendments

idr678 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, idr678 will provide notice via the registered email address associated with your Account and will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of idr678 following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Clause 12.

Governing Law

idr678 is operated by an internationally licensed entity. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idr678 holds its operating license.

Players acknowledge that online gambling is subject to varying legal frameworks across different jurisdictions within Indonesia and internationally. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of idr678 complies with the laws applicable in your location. idr678 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with idr678 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body as selected by idr678.
